Common questions

Commercial FAQ

Do we sign a contract?

Commercial programs are quoted with clear terms—service cadence, pricing, and commitments appropriate for business purchasing. We’ll walk through options during your quote.

Is there a minimum volume?

Programs are designed around real commercial volume. Share your locations and approximate weekly volume in the quote form and we’ll confirm fit.

Can Mesh handle multiple locations?

Yes. Multi-location is a core use case—one Mesh relationship, site-level schedules, and billing that purchasing can actually work with.

What about turnaround times?

Turnaround is part of your program design. We set expectations up front based on your items, volume, and operating hours—not a one-size consumer promise.

Where do you operate?

Mesh currently serves Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union, and Morris counties in New Jersey. Brooklyn and Staten Island are on the expansion waitlist — note that in your service ticket.

Do you handle specialty items?

Chef coats, scrubs, spa robes, towels, sheets, and other commercial textiles are common. Note specialty needs in your quote request so we price and schedule correctly.

Who is our point of contact?

Mesh. Your team works with Mesh for quotes, onboarding, billing, and support—so you’re never left wondering who owns the relationship.

How does billing work?

Commercial invoicing aligned to your program—predictable, documented, and ready for business accounting. Multi-location rollups available when you need them.
