Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mesh websites, portal, phone/SMS channels, and commercial laundry services operated by Project Atlas LLC (“Mesh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Agreement

By accessing meshpartner.com, submitting a quote or support request, creating a portal account, texting or calling Mesh, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Mesh on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. What Mesh provides

Mesh is a commercial laundry procurement and account experience. We arrange pickup, processing, and delivery for business customers, provide quotes and proposals, and handle billing and support. Fulfillment may be performed by Mesh and/or qualified local partners under Mesh’s customer relationship.

Submitting a website form, SMS keyword, or call request starts a proposal / support conversation — it is not by itself a booking or guaranteed service commitment until Mesh and you agree on commercial terms.

3. Quotes and orders

Quotes and proposals are estimates based on information you provide.
Service schedules, pricing, volume bands, and payment terms are as stated in your proposal, order confirmation, or portal invoice.
You are responsible for accurate business details, access instructions, and readiness for pickup/delivery windows you accept.

4. Accounts and billing

Portal accounts may be invite-only. You must keep login credentials secure and provide accurate billing information. Invoices may offer Pay Now and Net terms with a backup payment method on file, as described at checkout or in your account documents. Failed payments may result in service interruption or collections activity as permitted by law.

5. Phone and SMS

You may contact Mesh by calling or texting (888) 408-MESH. If you opt in to SMS (including by texting us first or checking an SMS consent box on our site), we may send texts about your request, quote, or account.

Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help.
Consent to receive texts is not required to buy Mesh services.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity, business, or authority to act.
Abuse Mesh systems, staff, drivers, or messaging channels (spam, harassment, fraud).
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
Use Mesh for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

Mesh names, logos, site content, and software are owned by Project Atlas LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or misuse them without prior written permission, except as needed to use our services.

8. Disclaimers

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, MESH SERVICES AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that proposals will meet every operational need you may have.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT ATLAS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF MESH. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID MESH FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Mesh against claims arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated effective date. We may suspend or end access for violation of these Terms or risk to Mesh, customers, or partners. Provisions that by nature should survive (including billing amounts owed, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
